All Bookings made on Medusa Luxury Suites are subject to our Terms & Conditions mentioned below.

Deposits and Payments

For the confirmation of a booking, a deposit of 30% of the booking is required. We accept the following methods of payment: cash payments & bank deposits. Upon your arrival, please let us know if you will require an invoice for your stay. No booking shall be treated as confirmed until the details and/or payment/deposit described in this paragraph have been provided. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. In credit/debit card transactions you authorize the use of this card for any sums that become owing to us. The balance of your Booking (room rate, VAT, stay-over tax and any service charge) shall be paid in full at the time of your check-in. During your stay, we will keep track of the incidentals charged to your room on a daily basis. All outstanding charges must be paid for in full on check-out from the Hotel.

Modification and Cancellation

We kindly ask our guests to inform us as soon as possible for possible changes or cancellations of their Booking with a written notification.

Our cancellation policy is the following:

  • The normal rates are cancellable up to 28 days before arrival without a charge and any deposits will be refunded in full.
  • If cancelled or modified later, until the day of the check-in, 30% of the total price of the Booking will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation or modification after the check-in or in case of no-show, the 100% of the Booking cost will be charged.
